Ajay Mittal, with 30 years of experience in banking and finance, is currently part of the leadership team at ICICI Bank looking after the financial planning, capital adequacy, taxation, and reporting functions at the bank. Previously, he has worked in various finance roles with ING Vysya Bank and Unit Trust of India. An avid reader and traveller, Ajay looks forward to contributing to the social sector by nurturing organisations and learning along the way.

Ajay has been a CEO for 25 years and has a track record of building scale businesses in India and Asia and developing leaders spent. He has spent 35 years in the financial services sector in India and abroad. He received his economics degree from St Stephen's College and an MBA from IIMA. He has been a member of the National Council of the CII for many years, chairing the NBFC Committee and being a part of other committees at this time. Having just stepped down as CEO of Aditya Birla Capital, he is now building a portfolio of activities based on his passions and interests. Ajay is an avid cricketer and golfer; he loves all genres of music, teaching, reading, and travel.

Ajey has over 3 decades of experience in large corporations in leadership roles around the world. He now leads Educational Outreach at IIT Bombay. In his spare time, Ajey enjoys travelling, music and tennis.

Akshata is a final-year student at IIT Bombay. She is an avid debater and reader and enjoys long-distance running. Having completed a summer internship at BCG, she is looking forward to a career in management consulting while exploring and being part of the social sector.

Alka is a learner for life, who works on creating Learning & Capability Programs through their family foundation – Shubh Arambh Foundation. She has two beliefs — one, philanthropy is a 2-way street as both the philanthropist and the beneficiary gain from each other. Two, the most valuable gift a philanthropist can give is their intentional time. I have gone through many roles at SVP — Lead Partner, Grants Committee Member – and this has given me great exposure to the social sector, plus a strong philanthropy network.

Amita Maheshwari is a senior HR professional with 30+ years of experience. The Economic Times named her ""ET Prime HR leader of the Year 2021"" and Business World named her ""Most Influential Women in HR 2022"". Amita has been closely associated with development sector and Was on the board of Care India. Her last role was with Kedaara Capital, as MD & Operating Director– Talent, leading HR & OD initiatives across existing and new portfolio companies. Her focus has been to diversify and upgrade the talent to drive growth by defining the right HR and talent strategy, attracting the best and diverse talent from across industries and globe and championing D&I. An engineer from NIT, Patna, Amita has a Master's in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Sanjeev Maheshwari has a very deep and rich 25 years experience in the Executive Search and Selection sector. He has learnt the ropes of business with ABC Consultants and Boyden International and now for last 10 years he is filling Senior / Top Level vacancies at rFactor Consultants.. He is an Engineer from IIT-BHU and a Management Graduate from XLRI. He is strong on developing and implementing people focused processes and systems. He is passionate about environment protection and sustainability.

Amitabh Jaipuria is a business and corporate leader with over 34 years of leadership experience with GE, Pepsico, Monsanto, Reliance Jio, Quess and UDS. At present he is the CEO of Accelerate Indian Philanthropy (AIP). AIP is a peer network set up by philanthropists for philanthropists to support their giving efforts towards helping them Give More, Give Sooner and Give Better. Nina Elavia Jaipuria is a business professional with 3 decades of experience in Media, FMCG, Services, Marketing & Advertising. In her last role she was the Business Head - Hindi & Kids TV Network (Colors & Nickelodeon India) at Viacom18 Media Pvt Ltd. Amit is an experienced industry leader in the financial services sector. Amit co-founded Capital India Group and led Capital India Finance Limited (CIFL) as its Executive Director and CEO for over three years. During this period, Amit also served as the first Managing Director for Capital India Home Loans Limited (a subsidiary of CIFL) and laid the foundation of its home loan business. Prior to founding CIFL, Amit led the Investment Banking practice YES Bank and has worked with CRISIL, Reliance Energy, Tata Unisys, and the World Bank. Amit is an avid practitioner of Yoga and a certified Yoga instructor. Anand recently retired from an illustrious corporate career spanning 4 decades in Tata Steel Ltd. He superannuated in 2019 as President (TQM & Steel). He then joined Tata International as COO and served as Managing Director from 2021 - March 2024. He was a keen sportsman, having played cricket and basketball at Univ level. He now would like to help NGOs and Startup’s involved in education, health, and under funded areas where they can scale and make a difference to the community they serve. He is looking forward to an opportunity to be part of a vibrant group, where he can learn and appreciate new ways of making a difference. Anand joined SVP with a desire to give back to the community and be engaged in the early stage startups.

Anand has over 25 years of work experience in the financial services sector in India and Europe. His last professional responsibility was as Portfolio Manager and Head of Equity Research at Franklin Templeton India. He now pursues his personal interests, which include supporting and working with not-for-profit organisations, reading, travelling and hiking.

Anjan is an experienced finance professional with over 30 years of industry experience, primarily specializing in risk assessment and project finance. He currently serves as an Adviser to the Centre for Sustainable Finance at the Climate Policy Initiative, a not-for-profit organization engaged in research and capacity building in green and sustainable finance. Anjan is also a Guest Faculty in Finance at the School of Management and Entrepreneurship, IIT Jodhpur, and NMIMS, Mumbai. Previously, he held the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Ratings Officer (CRO) at ICRA Limited, an affiliate of Moody’s Investor Services, until 2020. Anjan holds an engineering degree and an MBA, blending technical expertise with financial acumen. Beyond his professional commitments, he is an avid reader, enjoys traveling, and closely follows developments in the economy and markets.

Ankit Somani is an individual investor in the Indian public markets and startup ecosystem. He completed his schooling between Mumbai and Coimbatore and graduated from Indiana University Bloomington. Post his graduation, Ankit started his career as an analyst across stints at Ernst & Young and at Universal Consulting. He got exposed to the investing world in 2013 and over time, found his calling in the same. Ankit is based in Mumbai, he loves to spend time with his twin daughters and play racket sports.

After completing her schooling in Mumbai, Aparna pursued higher education in the United States at Purdue University and the University of Massachusetts. Over the past 25+ years, she has worked as a branding and marketing consultant through her own agency, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, including several US-based non-profits.

Arpita has over 15 years of experience across finance, investing, and healthcare startups. She began her investing career at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Since 2015, she has been associated with QI Spine, a chain of spine speciality clinics, and has held leadership roles across marketing, operations, clinical functions, and finance.

Arti has been an IT consultant, project manager & technology advisor for over 20 years, working in various corporates and an independent advisor. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, with research interests in social and technology-enabled innovations for development purposes.

Ashish is a partner at Malabar Investments and has been with the firm since its inception in 2008. He was a mentor at Akanksha for almost a decade.

Ashok has been building brands for over 35 years. He is a Founder-Promoter/Director of ZeeTV, DishTV, and India.com., and a Founder-Partner of Ambience Advertising and Hanmer&Partners PublicRelations. Ashok co-invented Saafkins - a reusable and easy-to-wash solution for the billion women who can't afford sanitary napkins and use ‘rags’ -and Livinguard’s Coronavirus-destroying masks and gloves.

Avinash is an international fintech & payments leader with over 20 years of experience. He is currently the Co-promoter, MD & CEO of Zaggle and has been leading the organization as the CEO since Feb 2012. He has worked in leadership roles in digital payments, fintech & cash management businesses in product, sales, marketing, strategy, technology and operations roles. Avinash has done his electrical and electronics engineering from Bangalore University and a full time MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Avinash’s interests include a variety of sports, reading, current affairs, travelling, running and spending time with friends and family.

Babar is an investments manager with 24 years of experience. He is currently working as Director of Investments at Khazanah Nasional. He began his career as a management consultant (McKinsey) and thereafter switched to investing in private equity and public markets (SAIF partners and Khazanah Nasional). He holds a B Tech in Computer Science & Engg from IIT-Delhi and a PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad.

B. Anand is a business leader with over 35 years of experience across investment banking, commodities, metals and mining, energy and large industrial businesses, including leadership roles at Trafigura, Vedanta and Nayara Energy. He is currently building Meridian Partners and has a growing focus on social development and environmental sustainability, particularly water, resource productivity and technology-enabled solutions to real world problems. At this stage of his career, Anand is keen to apply his operating experience, strategic perspective and networks to support social entrepreneurs and scalable impact initiatives, while continuing to learn from practitioners working closely with communities and the development sector.

Sethu is the Managing Director of Celanese India, a US-based Chemicals and Plastics company. He enjoys organisation and talent building, and cultural integration of company acquisitions. He’s proud of the work Celanese does in the sustainability space and with recycled engineering plastics. Sethu is exploring alternate working identities in the social space with SVP & NGO Mann. He is a certified executive coach. On the home front, Sethu is parent to 13-year-old twin girls, Anjali and Apoorva, and husband to Madhuri. Covid has brought the family even closer, and Sethu and Madhuri now enjoy games like Heads Up, introduced by their daughters. Sethu enjoys immersive travel and cooking (judged by his discerning daughters!) - Japanese and Thai are his favorite cuisines.

Bhaskar has spent last almost 40 years in emerging markets across India, SE Asia & Greater China, with FMCG companies like Red Bull, Unilever & Bestfoods, as a business leader and marketer. He is currently Director on the Boards of Polycab India, HDB Financial Services, and European Business Group Federation, and Business Adviser to multiple brands. He is also on the Board of Studies at NMIMS Mumbai, for MBA- HR. As CEO of Red Bull India, he joined the Indian subsidiary at its inception and had a fun run for over 16 years. Bhaskar holds double master’s degrees, and currently based in Mumbai with his wife Poonam, a Special Educator. He loves to travel, explore from landscapes, cultures, history to wildlife, and capture them through his lens

Biju is a corporate executive with deep experience in Strategy, Go to Market, and Technology development. Biju has recently returned to India after living in the USA for 25 years. Biju is particularly passionate about the education sector in India and serves on the Board of the American School of Bombay. He looks to learn more about this area from SVP interactions. He is an avid road cyclist and loves to go on long rides.

Binita is an artist and enjoys running. Having found her love for painting as a child, she started exhibiting in group shows since the last 15 years. Her journey with running started passionately and still continues. This year she ran the esteemed Boston Marathon. Her involvement with a local school in Gujarat made her realise that there is so much more to be given back to society.

Deepa is a social sector and information systems specialist with a proven track record of over 20 years in result-based program management. Having spent the last 10 years engaging with philanthropic foundations, corporates, the Government, NGOs & communities through experiences at EdelGive Foundation, Samhita Social Ventures and St. Jude India ChildCare Centres; she has built her credentials around delivering meaningful social impact. Prior to crossing over to the social sector, she has led large scale projects in application development, business analysis, innovation and product mgmt. at Morgan Stanley, Dell and ICICI Bank. Having straddled the corporate as well as the social sector, she brings her structured problem-solving approach to unraveling social problems. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from BITS Pilani and an MBA from SPJIMR. She is also a certified CSR professional from IICA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).

Deepali Sen brings with her 29 years of experience in the personal financial services industry, having worked with leading mutual fund companies such as Franklin Templeton AMC, Axis AMC, and ICICI Prudential AMC. For the past 12 years, she has been successfully running her own firm, Srujan Financial Services LLP. Dharmesh brings over 28 years of experience in the IT and services industry and serves as an Executive Director at Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd.. He leads the company’s technology and services initiatives, with extensive experience in building scalable IT infrastructure and driving strategic business transformation.

Dipal is passionate about biodiversity conservation and community-led environmental action. He is recognised for advancing accessible, evidence-based cancer care and is actively involved in clinical research, patient advocacy, and innovation in oncology.

Dr. Maneka Vig, is a dentist by qualification and completed her Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. She Co-founded her own clinical practice and later spearheaded the operations for a branch of one of India’s largest dental chains. She is passionate about evidence-based medical writing and its practical applications.

Sonal holds a doctorate in Health Psychology and has over 20 years of experience in counselling individuals managing chronic illnesses. She brings expertise in psychosocial care, having worked with organisations such as TISS and SEWA.

Firdose has corporate experience of 45 years in organisations such as TATA Steel (Deputy MD), TATA power (MD), TATA Tele (Chairman), Motorola India (Chairman), Hirco Developments (Chairman & MD) and Essar Steel( Executive Vice Chairman). Firdose is retired and enjoys having control over his time, using it to travel and play golf. He also spends time on consulting and giving back to the community.

Ganeshan Murugaiyan has over 25 years of experience in the Corporate and Investment Banking sector. Prior to appointment as Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for BNP Paribas India, he was head of Investment Banking at UBS Securities India where his key responsibilities included M&A and capital markets. He began his career at Merrill Lynch where he worked until 2006. He holds a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Kolkata. Ganeshan has a keen interest in innovative solutions and approaches that nonprofits are working on specially in the areas of education and water conservation.

Gayathri is an author, poet, global nomad and economist, has resided in 6 countries and now calls Mumbai home. With a diverse background in Banking, Venture capital, and Education, she's had her written works featured in magazines like Ariana, Mingled Voices, Beyond Boundaries, and the ASB magazine. She sits on the board of the Liferarian Association and has hosted several literary events for them. She has participated in various charitable causes since childhood and believes education with right skill sets can help anyone achieve their dreams. Her debut poetry collection, 'Quintessential Me,' was published in June 2018, and she's currently crafting her second book of poems.

Geetha Srinivasan is a healthcare and pharmaceutical industry professional with over three decades of experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, skilling and talent development. A Pharmacist with an MBA, she has worked with leading pharmaceutical organizations, advised healthcare businesses and served as visiting faculty for healthcare management programs. She is the Founder of PlatPharm Skilling & Careers LLP, which supports Pharmacy and Life Sciences students and professionals through mentoring, industry-oriented learning and employability development. She has also contributed to Kotak Education Foundation’s livelihood skilling programs for young people.

Hareesh is a serial entrepreneur. Mirum, India’s leading digital media agency, is his third entrepreneurial venture. He founded the company in 2009 and in 2014 WPP acquired a controlling interest in Mirum. He is fond of reading books, listening to music and now learning canvas-painting. He has authored a book on entrepreneurship " If I Had To Do It Again" and has been recognised by numerous organisations for his academic and professional brilliance. He has been honored with “Social Media Professional of the Year” by the World Brand Congress and “Distinguished Alumni Award” by his alma-mater VJTI.

Hemal Shah is a BCom graduate. She has been an avid practitioner of Iyengar yoga for over 16 years and has a deep love for reading and exploring spirituality. She strongly believes that God resides within each of us, a conviction that shapes the way she lives, learns, and grows every day.

Hemant began his journey at the IIT, Delhi in 1970 & later pursued an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1994. His top skills include conception, execution, & delivery of shareholder value through global M&A ventures across diverse geographies. With a wealth of experience as a CXO in both line & staff roles across various verticals. Hemant is driven by a desire to give back to his country & society. He aims to achieve this by facilitating the ""Made in India"" initiative, leveraging his extensive global experience to aid enterprises in scaling up, & mentoring young adults in unconventional career-building approaches. He is an active supporter of SPIC MACAY, a society dedicated to preserving & promoting traditional Indian arts among student communities. Hemant learnt about giving back, 40 years ago from his late wife Lina who quit her job & started working for Missionaries of Charity. In her memory, he has created Lina Luthra foundation that focuses on supporting the girl child through different stages of her life. Indranil Choudhury is an accomplished and experienced HR professional, with over two decades of learnings in engagement, culture and talent development. He has worked with companies like Shoppers Stop, HDFC Life and is presently associated with UTI AMC as Head - Human Resources. Ishmeet is a seasoned CXO with 30+ years of experience spanning corporate and development sector. In his Corporate avatar he was managing large FMCG & telecom businesses for Vodafone, Hindustan Unilever, Coca-Cola and Fonterra Dairy before transitioning to the social sector joining the Piramal Foundation in May 2021.

Jagdish and his wife, Meera, have two children, Aditi and Aneesh, both of whom are happily married and settled in Australia. While Meera has been a wonderful homemaker and has been engaged in philanthropic activities, Jagdish has had a distinguished career with Asian Paints spanning 37 years, culminating in his role as the Chief Executive Officer of PPG Asian Paints, a joint venture between PPG Industries USA and Asian Paints. During his tenure, he also served as Regional Vice President for Asian Paints International, managing operations across Australia, China, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and the South Pacific region. Meera and Jagdish lived abroad for 25 years, primarily in the South Pacific, Australia, and China. After retiring from his executive role, Jagdish continued contributing to Asian Paints as an Advisor, overseeing their Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Currently, he is the CEO of the Paints and Coatings Skill Council, an awarding body recognized by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training. Jagdish is deeply passionate about education and actively participates in three educational institutions. Additionally, he holds roles as an Independent Director and Advisor on the boards of various companies and non-profit organizations.

Lead Partner for Navjeevan Lokvikas Sanstha Jaishri is a trained Yoga teacher and a Communications professional focusing on English speaking, coaching Children with learning difficulties and overall wellness. An advertising professional who graduated into Communication coach as her family globetrotted around the world.

Jaya, a teacher with 25+ years of experience across multiple countries, has taught Preschool & Montessori, and English as a Second Language. She's an IB exam proctor, loves travel, reading, and art (block printing, pottery, painting, crochet), and is now exploring Mumbai's vibrant culture with enthusiasm.

Jayant Mehrotra is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 35 years of multi-industry and multi-disciplinary experience in banking, finance, strategy, administration, operations, and technology. He has worked with several organizations, including the TATA group, Peregrine, IDBI Bank, ING Vysya Bank, and the Lodha Group. Jayant is currently involved with the startup ecosystems and actively invests in new businesses and mentoring some of them. His wife, Monita, is a homemaker, and they have two children. Sunaina, a designer and Samarth who recently completed his Masters in Computer Science and is currently working in Germany. Jayant loves to travel and takes a keen interest in music and sports.

Jigna is a Chartered Accountant and Knowledge Manager at CNK & Associates LLP, with prior experience at Deloitte. She is passionate about applying her expertise in research and knowledge management to help nonprofits build structured, knowledge-driven systems for sustainable impact.

Kamlesh Parwani holds a Master's in Marketing and is a Petrochemical Engineer. With an illustrious career at Dow Chemicals, he has successfully managed numerous regional and global roles, currently serving as a Chemical Director at EQUATE. His philanthropic endeavors were inherited from his father, a co-founder of an orphanage in Nalasopara, Maharashtra, under the Ramkrishna Mission Umbrella. Kamlesh prefers to keep his engagements private, echoing his belief that the success of non-profit organizations should speak for itself. While he is willing to contribute humbly to various activities, his primary interests lie in educational, medical, research, and rural developmental ventures. Kamlesh looks forward to collaborating with inspiring individuals to collectively make a positive impact on the world.

Kanan has been a volunteer teacher until very recently, at SPJ Sadhana School, prior to which, she was a pre-primary teacher at Diamond Jubilee High School as well as at Sunflower Nursery School. Kanan has a B.Com degree from HR College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai (1987) and a diploma in Early Child Education from Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai (1988).

Keyur brings almost 30 years of experience in managing and scaling businesses across technology services, software products, BPO, and consulting. Currently, he serves as the CEO of Botree Software International Pvt. Ltd. Keyur has been volunteering with an education-focused NGO for the past 2 years, and works closely with Co-founders and the program team to streamline systems and scale operations across people, processes and technology. His academic qualifications include an MBA (PGDM) from IIM-Ahmedabad and an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from VJTI-Mumbai.
