Kunal has spent the last couple of decades across consulting, private equity and operating roles across traditional as well as new-age companies. He is currently building a start up in the EV space with the aim of accelerating India's transition to sustainable transportation. Kunal is passionate about sustainability, education and all initiatives that can help Indian families improve their employability and earning potential.

KV Subbarao brings 30+ years of agribusiness experience, leading organizations to market leadership while driving improved livelihoods for smallholder farmers across Asia and Africa. He advises on agricultural production systems, sustainability, and carbon credits. He is a Plant Genetics graduate with a PhD in Molecular Biology.

Lakshmi is a certified coach for 'Heal Your Life' workshops and has been on a journey of self-awareness for 30 years through various mediums, such as Vipassana, chanting and mindfulness workshops. Her current focus is on helping people embark on their spiritual journeys. Besides being an amazing baker, she is an avid reader and a travel enthusiast.

Lina Milind Shah has done her graduation in Microbiology as her major. She is a trained Medical Laboratory Technician. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to pursue her career in what she was trained for. She got married to Dr. Milind, a general surgeon. With family responsibility, she needed to work in a field where she can set her own time and pace. She started dress designing under the brand Jolie fille, where she was able to use her creative skills. Now she is managing her own portfolio.

Luis is a dot connector, a former banker (HDFC Bank), an investor (ChrysCapital, IDFC Private Equity), and a supporter of non-profits (Indian School of Public Policy, Centre for Civil Society, CORO, Take Charge, Educate Girls). His wife Fiona is active with Seeds of Awareness & 17000 Ft Foundation. Luis and Fiona have two kids - Mihika, who is passionate about theatre, and Khashiff who is passionate about saving the environment.

Madhavi is the Founding Trustee of Helping Hands Foundation that works to provide free accommodation to underprivileged pediatric cancer patients during their treatment at Tata Hospital Mumbai. She loves books and gardening.

Madhavi Ravuri has practiced law for 20 years in Bombay High Court. and has been associated with Sanskar India Foundation, Sparsha Charitable Trust and Raah foundation for many years. She likes to work towards climate change, sustainability and empowering rural women and loves to connect with people. Madhavi is passionate about art, music and nature.

Madhav is 27 years old and is the youngest brother to three elder sisters. Madhav has been with the family business since the last 8 years and has been involved in manufacturing, sales & marketing, and supply chain management. His current and past engagements with philanthropy have been limited to donations in the form of money, clothes and food. With SVP he looks forward to his journey as an engaged philanthropist.

Madhu Khatri is the Non-Executive Independent Board Member at Sasken Technologies Limited. In the past, Madhu was Non-Executive Independent Director at Hexaware Technologies, Chief Evangelist at Icertis, Associate General Counsel at Microsoft, and General Counsel at Wipro Technologies. Madhu received an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. She completed her LLB from Delhi University - Campus Law Center. She has a postgrad degree in LLM from Columbia Law School.

Madhur Deep is a seasoned investment strategist and digital commerce leader with over 15 years of experience in venture capital, corporate strategy, and business transformation. As Executive Vice President – Alibaba International Digital Commerce, he has led $1.7 billion in tech investments across India and the Middle East, achieving a 44% IRR and 7.4x MOIC, with key investments in Paytm, BigBasket, XpressBees, and Trendyol. Previously, he served as Chief Business Officer at Lazada Vietnam, managing P&L across marketplace, retail, and cross-border segments. Before Alibaba, he was Head of Strategy & Investments (India & MENA), leading multi-billion-dollar investments and serving as a Board Observer for Paytm, BigBasket, and XpressBees. His earlier career includes consulting roles at McKinsey & Company and Monitor Deloitte, advising CXOs in technology, media, and IT sectors. He holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from IIM Bangalore and a Master’s in Business from HEC Paris, and has contributed to industry discussions as a member of CII’s National Committee for E-commerce (2017–2021).

Madhuri is a seasoned CSR professional with over 18 years in the development sector, specializing in establishing, enhancing, and expanding CSR functions and corporate foundations aligned with organizational vision and business goals. Her expertise spans strategy planning, program management, community and employee engagement, policy development, sustainability integration, strategic partnerships, communications, governance, training, reporting, external representation, and stakeholder management. Madhuri excels in leadership and management across the CSR spectrum, from grassroots implementation and community involvement to policy advocacy and decision-making.

Mahankali Srinivas Rao (most people call him MSR) is an IT Industry veteran with over 38 years’ experience. His professional career spans four journeys : • As an IT Professional for 12 years between 1987-99 • As an Entrepreneur over 21 years with two entities - part of the Promoter Team at Network Solutions acquired by IBM in 2005 and then Co-Founder and CEO of Aujas Networks, a Cybersecurity Security acquired by the National Stock Exchange. • As an Ecosystem Builder since 2020 – first as CEO of G.A.M.E (Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship), then as CEO of T-Hub, India’s largest startup incubator between Oct 21-Oct 24. Mahesh has spent close to 30 years in the healthcare industry, working with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol Myers Squibb, Novartis, and Pfizer to support the development of new drugs for patients. He holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the United States and spent 10 years working in the US before returning to India. His current interests include operationalizing AI and ML technologies for drug development. Beyond his professional work, Mahesh has a wide range of interests, including wildlife and astrophotography, music (he plays multiple instruments), and cricket, where he plays in local league teams every weekend. He also teaches at multiple universities, mentors students, and has guided numerous healthcare startups. For a brief period, he headed an incubator/accelerator at IIIT Hyderabad. Mahesh and his wife Radha have two children, Nishad (11) and Naisha (8).

Mahesh Patil is an investment professional with over three decades of experience in equity research, portfolio management, and capital markets. Most recently, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, where he spent over 20 years leading equity investments and managing large-scale portfolios. Over the course of his career, he has built deep expertise across business strategy, corporate finance, and investment management. Outside of work, Mahesh is passionate about mentoring, investing, and engaging with conversations around markets and the economy.

Mahua recently graduated with a Master's in Public Policy and Social Innovation from SciencesPo, Paris and has worked in the social impact space for the last 5 years. Post her undergraduation in Economics from Fergusson College, she began her Teach for India fellowship in Pune, spending 2 years teaching, managing fellows across the city and engaging with stakeholders. After a stint teaching English in the South of France and working in communications, where she carried out marketing campaigns and managed multiple schools, she began her Master's in Paris, building and piloting her own ideas for education, digital security, and climate change. Most recently, she worked with a renewable energy network in Paris, building community engagement, partnerships and research. Outside of work, Mahua enjoys reading fiction, exploring new cities and foods and wants to take up pottery!

Maneesh Bhandari is a dedicated advocate for scaling businesses and advancing social causes, with a particular passion for social for-profit ventures and sustainable initiatives. His extensive experience spans the startup ecosystem as both an entrepreneur and investor. Academically, Maneesh holds degrees in engineering and an MBA, providing him with a robust foundation in business and technology. Outside of his professional pursuits, Maneesh is currently exploring his interests in music, stargazing, sports, hiking, and farming. Maneesh is a single parent based in Pune. Manisha brings a unique blend of experience in strategic communications and public relations, with a deep interest in social impact. She has worked across sectors like CSR and social development, legal, finance, technology and media, using storytelling to build purpose-led narratives and manage multiple-stakeholder initiatives. Before joining SVP, she co-led a boutique communications consultancy, working with changemakers in the social innovation and philanthropy ecosystem like YuWaah-UNICEF, Marico Innovation Foundation, International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology (iCreate - supported by the Government of Gujarat, among others. At SVP India, she supports the All-India CEO in strengthening national programs and partnerships, fostering collaboration across chapters and aligning strategy with action. Outside work, Manisha enjoys traveling, the performing arts, exploring sustainable living through her background in architecture and is an avid learner and student of the Vedanta philosophy.
