Chakradhar Gade is a co-founder of a company 'Country Delight', India’s one of the leading D2C dairy brand. He started the company, in Delhi, with Nitin Kaushal in 2015. Country Delight procures fresh milk directly from farmers for its customers. Chakradhar was recognized on Fortune India's 40 under 40 entrepreneurs, in 2019.

Chakra is the Managing Director & Head of Technology, India for Morgan Stanley. He is also a farmer, and yoga and meditation practitioner. Chakra served as the Chairperson of the Bengaluru Chapter of SVP India from 2019 - 2022. Other roles played by Chakra at SVP India - Lead Partner, Grants Committee and Grants Review Committee, and Chapter Management Committee.

Chandana P holds a Master’s in Project Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from CBIT, Hyderabad. She is a proud alumna of Hyderabad Public School. With over 15 years of experience in her family’s construction and infrastructure business, she also pursued her passion for design, founding a design firm in 2005. She continues to take on select projects that align with her vision. Her dedication to social causes led her to co-found SafetyClub.org in 2012, a nonprofit focused on teaching essential safety skills to young children. She recently stepped down to explore new opportunities in the social sector. A passionate traveler, nature enthusiast, and Vipassana practitioner, Chandana enjoys golfing on weekends. Charu Srinivasan is a Partner Director of Engineering Manager in the Cloud & Enterprise Division at the Microsoft India Development Center. Over two decades, she has worked in several systems technology areas such as databases and cloud computing. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of California. She is an active member of Microsoft’s Women in Software Engineering program. Charu is also a board member of the Confederation of Indian Industry – CII’s National Committee on Technology and co-founder of the Asha for Education-Seattle chapter.

Chirag is a Senior Associate at BCG with experience across industrials, agriculture, climate & sustainability, and technology. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani's Goa campus and is passionate about topics around healthcare and digital access and entrepreneurship.

A dynamic finance and strategy leader with over 31 years at ITC Ltd, one of India’s top conglomerates, CV Sarma retired as Executive Vice President (Finance & IT). A Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant, Company Secretary and PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad, he brings a rare blend of academic excellence and deep industry experience. At ITC, he held leadership roles across Corporate Planning, Treasury and Business Finance, contributing to strategic initiatives including Forex Treasury Centralisation, digital transformation, adoption of TPM based excellence standards and rural market development via eChoupals and Choupal Saagars. He was a member of the Divisional Management Committees of Agri & Paper Businesses. Post-retirement, CV mentors & invests in startups (T Hub, TiE Hyderabad, Angel Networks), advises corporates (as CII TCM jury member) and teaches. Passionate about ESG, he actively engages in climate finance, carbon markets and policy advocacy. He loves playing lawn tennis, reading books and watching movies.

Darshana grew up in Kolkata, surrounded by people who valued giving and helping others. Photography has always been her passion, but she also assists in managing their 70-year-old family saree business. A year ago, she married into a family committed to philanthropy, which shifted her perspective on life. In college, she worked as a storyteller for the Seagull Foundation for the Arts and later co-founded Little Learners, teaching 100 girls online during Covid. Recently, she mentored IMI students at SVP, helping them support NGOs, inspired by how SVP impacts communities beyond just financial support. On the philanthropic front, Darshana wants to work working with children in education, nutrition, and livelihood opportunities. She also believes photography and social media are powerful tools to help NGOs share their impact with a wider audience.

Deepa is a Modern High School alumna and Commerce graduate from Calcutta University. For over 21 years, she has been dedicated to Ek Prayaas Educational Society, an NGO school. A sports and arts enthusiast, she is an active golfer and enjoys singing and dancing.

Deepa is a social sector and information systems specialist with a proven track record of over 20 years in result-based program management. Having spent the last 10 years engaging with philanthropic foundations, corporates, the Government, NGOs & communities through experiences at EdelGive Foundation, Samhita Social Ventures and St. Jude India ChildCare Centres; she has built her credentials around delivering meaningful social impact. Prior to crossing over to the social sector, she has led large scale projects in application development, business analysis, innovation and product mgmt. at Morgan Stanley, Dell and ICICI Bank. Having straddled the corporate as well as the social sector, she brings her structured problem-solving approach to unraveling social problems. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from BITS Pilani and an MBA from SPJIMR. She is also a certified CSR professional from IICA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).

Deepak Bhawnani is a leading expert in risk consulting, forensic investigations, and corporate intelligence, with over three decades of experience. As the Founder and CEO of Alea Consulting—India’s first private global risk advisory firm—he specializes in integrity due diligence, financial fraud investigations, executive screening, and compliance reviews across jurisdictions. His work supports private equity firms, corporates, and legal teams in mitigating risks related to investments, litigation, and governance. Having started his career with Kroll Associates in London and later setting up their India office, Deepak brings deep cross-border expertise in navigating complex investigative assignments. His thought leadership is widely recognized in industry forums, and he continues to advise clients on ESG, anti-money laundering, and strategic crisis management.

Over the last five years, Deepak has led the acquisition of the promoter-run Ashirvad business, transforming it into a leading subsidiary of Aliaxis SA. He has held board member positions and management committee positions in several organisations, including IFFCO Kisan Sanchar (an Airtel-IFFCO JV), Airtel Mobility Board, Pearson Emerging Markets MC, Tarnea Tech Solutions Board, and the Aliaxis Global Executive Committee. Before joining Ashirvad, Deepak held leadership positions in some of India’s leading corporates, Bharti Airtel Limited, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, and Asian Paints. Deepak is also a proud co-owner of two product patents, developed and monetized in India and Latin America during his stint at Pearson. He has very recently joined Aakash Education Services Ltd as a MD and CEO. Deepali Sen brings with her 29 years of experience in the personal financial services industry, having worked with leading mutual fund companies such as Franklin Templeton AMC, Axis AMC, and ICICI Prudential AMC. For the past 12 years, she has been successfully running her own firm, Srujan Financial Services LLP. She holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry (Hons.) from BHU and an MBA in Finance from the University of Allahabad. As a financial planner, she is deeply passionate about creating financial awareness, particularly among marginalised communities, where she believes it can be a powerful tool for empowerment and long-term change.

She has worked across corporate, foundation, and nonprofit sectors, bringing a nuanced understanding of systems change, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots impact. Deepti is a corporate lawyer and company secretary. She is the founder of Synapse Partners, a boutique law firm focused on corporate commercial matters. With over two decades of professional experience, Deepti is a trusted legal advisor for a diverse range of clients, including large Indian and multinational corporations, start-ups, PE/VC funds and family offices.

Devaki Banerjee is a development professional and digital strategist currently serving as Project Manager and Global Digital Practice Co-Manager at Dalberg, where she focuses on inclusive growth and human-centered design. With experience across diverse geographies—such as India, Kenya, Egypt, the Philippines, and Turkey—she helps organizations strategize impactful investments, especially in digital access and technology for development. A firm advocate for applying a gender lens across all work, Devaki has steadily grown within Dalberg from consultant to leadership roles, bringing deep insight into global development, digital transformation, and intersectional impact.
