Geetha Srinivasan is a healthcare and pharmaceutical industry professional with over three decades of experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, skilling and talent development. A Pharmacist with an MBA, she has worked with leading pharmaceutical organizations, advised healthcare businesses and served as visiting faculty for healthcare management programs. She is the Founder of PlatPharm Skilling & Careers LLP, which supports Pharmacy and Life Sciences students and professionals through mentoring, industry-oriented learning and employability development. She has also contributed to Kotak Education Foundation’s livelihood skilling programs for young people.

George has a distinguished professional journey as Partner in an investment firm and serves as an Independent Director at Timken India Limited. Earlier, he was the Director and Country Head at DTS Information Pvt. Ltd. Beyond his professional roles, George has been strongly engaged with his alumini, St. Joseph’s High School, where he served as President of the Old Boys’ Association and continues to remain an active member. A passionate golfer, audiophile, and serious foodie, he also enjoys travel, exploring high-fidelity audio, and even builds his own speakers as a hobby Anand has a rich international profile in academia and management. He serves on the International Advisory Board of the Business School at The American University in Cairo, as well as the International Advisory Board of Zhejiang University. He is also a Tizard Professor of Management Science and previously served as Dean of the Imperial College Business School, London. Outside of work, Anand He is an avid tennis player and an itinerant biker. He enjoys listening to live music whenever possible — all kinds, especially Carnatic and jazz. He and his wife travel extensively and are currently on a quest to discover India. He is also a passionate sports fan, supporting India, Chennai Super Kings, Barcelona, and Tottenham Hotspur.

"Girish recently retired after a corporate career where he worked at the C level in brick and mortar and services companies. Girish's expertise lies in program management, productivity and quality, supply chain management. He continues to engage as an advisor to Capgemini and has taken up golf. His wife Padmaja heads Management Audit at BNY Mellon and enjoys flower arrangement, gardening, and glass painting among her many hobbies. Their son, Sarang, lives in Boston and is Associate Director at Wayfair. He is an adventure sports lover and an athlete, and loves cooking."

Giri Sundar brings over 36 years of leadership experience across large-scale operations with organizations such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Vista Processed Foods. He now leads strategic advisory through his firm, 1 OAK Consultancy, working with organizations across India and Africa. His commitment to social impact is rooted in hands-on CSR initiatives in water conservation, education, and healthcare across multiple states in India.

Govind Iyer, based in Mumbai, is a Partner at Egon Zehnder. He advises Family Businesses and corporations on CEO succession and Board Governance. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Govind worked at P&G, Coca-Cola, and Heinz. Govind has served on the Wharton Executive Education Advisory Board and is an active University of Pennsylvania alumnus. He has served on the Advisory Board of Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN), is a founding board member and Chairperson of Social Venture Partners in India, is a board member at GIVE India, and is a #LivingmyPromise signatory. Govind has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is married to Priti Warrier, a businesswoman, and Bharatanatyam artist.

Govind has more than 30 years of experience in PVC and Polymer industry and is the Managing Director of Lotus Roofings Limited-one of the largest Indian manufacturers of Polycarbonate sheets. Govind oversees Marketing, New Product development, General Admin and Finance. Govind is former Board member and former Honorary secretary of Medical Research Foundation (Sankara Nethralaya) a leading eye care and research institution; Honorary Secretary of Telugu Mahajana Samajam which runs Sri Venugopal Vidyalaya, a school providing high quality education to 1100 students from middle and lower income backgrounds. He is also past President of EO Chennai. Govind is a member of The Chennai Angels- he is an angel investor and mentor to start-ups in the healthcare and education space. Govind has a BCom degree from Loyola College, Chennai and post graduate in Management from ITM (Institute for Technical and Management), Chennai.

G.R. Radhakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College, Chennai, and has attended the Owners Presidents Management Program at Harvard Business School. Radhakrishnan also holds a diploma from HRD, Antwerp. HRD Antwerp is the leading authority in Diamond Grading, Jewellery Grading and Education. Radhakrishnan is Managing Director of GRT Group. GRT is a diversified Indian conglomerate with presence in jewelry retail business, hospitality , renewable energy, and education through the GRT Group of Educational Institutions. GRT Jewellers undertakes CSR initiatives in education and health. Most recently GRT Jewellers has made CSR donations to the Cancer Institute in Chennai and Aaram Charitable Trust, an NGO in Chennai that provides holistic support to those in need. For the past several years, GRT group has also provided scholarships to deserving students from underprivileged backgrounds.

Dr Haree is the Vice Chairman of Rajalakshmi Institutions and has 9 years of work experience. Rajalakshmi Institutions is a group of private educational institutes in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India founded by Mr. S. Meganathan in the year 1997. This group of institutes provide higher education and school level educations to students in and around India. Haree has completed MBBS and MD Radiology in Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. In his free time, Haree likes playing sports and enjoys watching movies and spending time with family.

Hareesh is a serial entrepreneur. Mirum, India’s leading digital media agency, is his third entrepreneurial venture. He founded the company in 2009 and in 2014 WPP acquired a controlling interest in Mirum. He is fond of reading books, listening to music and now learning canvas-painting. He has authored a book on entrepreneurship " If I Had To Do It Again" and has been recognised by numerous organisations for his academic and professional brilliance. He has been honored with “Social Media Professional of the Year” by the World Brand Congress and “Distinguished Alumni Award” by his alma-mater VJTI.

Harini is a development professional with 4+ years of grassroots experience in rural education, community empowerment, and project management, including a two-year JSW Foundation Fellowship in Salem, Tamil Nadu. She has designed and led CSR-aligned initiatives impacting 1,500+ students across seven government schools and founded Harini’s Study Centre, a rural ed-tech startup empowering girls. As the first graduate and first professional woman from her family, Harini is deeply passionate about the social development sector. She strongly believes in transforming herself to transform her society and aspires to inspire many more girls in her village to succeed in life. Outside of work, Harini enjoys diary writing, reading, listening to podcasts, connecting with people, volunteering, and exploring new opportunities to learn and grow.

Harish CP Yarlagadda is an experienced businessman and investor, serving as the Founder and Chief Mentor of the Malaxmi Group of Hyderabad. He pursued Mechanical Engg from Osmania University and Post-Graduation in Computer Sciences from City University of New York.He is an active member of the Hyderabad Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). An active pantheist and a futurist, his current focus is on addressing the climate crisis we are facing during the current Anthropocene Epoch. He is a core expert committee member of the Telangana State Biodiversity Board and a special invitee to the Hyderabad WWF Advisory Board. His past accomplishments include being the promoter of Lanco Power, Founding Chairman of Greenko, and Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for the erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh. He is the Co-Founder of Dharmavana Nature Ark, a non-profit focused on Biodiversity Conservation & Climate Sciences.

Harjeet has been part of the SVP India family since 2019 and has played a pivotal role in anchoring the Delhi chapter as a past Chair of the chapter. As a Jt Managing Director, Harjeet is a part of Bharti Management Board and drives the strategic aspects of businesses, across Bharti Airtel & other group businesses, by focusing on strategy, business development, inorganic build-outs, M&A, capital allocation, partnerships, strategic capital sources, corporate finance, capital structure, equity, investor management (private & public), investments, risk management. He also plays the role of Business Sponsor driving core delivery & value creation for consumer & real estate businesses of the group, and serves as a Director on the boards of Bharti Enterprises Limited, Bharti Infratel, Indus Towers, Nxtra Data Centers, Airtel Payments Bank India, Airtel Money Africa, Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited, Bharti AXA General Insurance Company Limited, Bharti Realty Limited, Delmonte Foods India, Bharti Land amongst others. Mr. Harsh Hada has traversed a journey of immense growth from being the co-founder of Web Development Company (WDC) to the Managing Director of Experis, ManpowerGroup for the Asia Pacific region. An alumnus of Don Bosco, Kolkata, later went to Australia to pursue Business Administration from Bond University. Initiated in 1998 as a modest training institute, WDC became a leading e-business and IT workforce solutions provider with offices across India. Harsh has several investments in various land banks / real estate projects across India through his investment vehicles. He is a very active member of the Indian Angel Network (IAN) and has funded over 35 startup ventures through the IAN framework. Harsh and his wife Payal founded the Harsh & Payal Hada Foundation in 2010. Today, the foundation funds higher education for over 800 aspiring & underprivileged students. Many of the students have already completed their education and are now working in leading corporate houses in India.

Harshu Ghate is a finance and strategy professional with extensive experience across advisory, investment banking, ESOPs, and social impact. He is currently Founder Director at Seva Tarang Foundation, where he works to strengthen NGOs and non-profits through capacity building, streamlined operations, donor management, compliance, technology adoption, fundraising solutions, and long-term organisational planning. Across his career, he has built a strong reputation in restructuring, financial modelling, management, and helping organisations grow with clarity and purpose.

Hely Gadhecha is a wealth manager and founder of Synvestment , an Investment Advisory company based in Ahmedabad. With an aim to spread financial literacy amongst the youth and women of the country, she is passionately helping 600+ families across the world to manage their investment portfolios. She looks forward to contribute more to society in fond memory of her late mother.

Hemant began his journey at the IIT, Delhi in 1970 & later pursued an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1994. His top skills include conception, execution, & delivery of shareholder value through global M&A ventures across diverse geographies. With a wealth of experience as a CXO in both line & staff roles across various verticals. Hemant is driven by a desire to give back to his country & society. He aims to achieve this by facilitating the ""Made in India"" initiative, leveraging his extensive global experience to aid enterprises in scaling up, & mentoring young adults in unconventional career-building approaches. He is an active supporter of SPIC MACAY, a society dedicated to preserving & promoting traditional Indian arts among student communities. Hemant learnt about giving back, 40 years ago from his late wife Lina who quit her job & started working for Missionaries of Charity. In her memory, he has created Lina Luthra foundation that focuses on supporting the girl child through different stages of her life. He believes his purpose of life is to attain a state of happy, content & confident calm that allows him to be at peace with himself & give back to society more than he has got.

Priyadarshani and Hemant, originally from Nagpur, have made Pune their home for the past 32 years. They are the proud parents of two children, Avani and Akshay. Priyadarshani holds a post-graduate degree in English Literature and has dedicated herself to being a homemaker. Hemant, an Engineer with a Master’s in Management, is now retired and works as an Independent Advisor. Prior to this, he held several senior roles with Accenture Strategy & Consulting, the last one being the Managing Director for Talent & Organization Strategy in Southeast Asia and India. He completed his MBA from the NUS Business School in Singapore and graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology in India.

Indranil Choudhury is an accomplished and experienced HR professional, with over two decades of learnings in engagement, culture and talent development. Indu Jacob is currently Head - Mergers and Acquisitions at Thermax Ltd., with previous stints at Aditya Birla Group, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and ANZ Grindlays. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a PGDBM from IIM Indore. Residing in Pune with her husband, Shameek Bhargava, Indu is an avid traveler and an art enthusiast, spending her free time as a hobbyist oil painter.
