Sonika is passionate about teaching and has worked with Kendriya Vidyalaya as a mathematics teacher for over 25 years. Sonika grew up in Rohtak, a small town in Haryana, close to Delhi. She was impressed by SVP's unique approach, which provides unrestricted funds, access to network and experience of the SVP partners to the non-profits while also serving as an ""incubator"" for the next generation of philanthropists.

Soumi has over a decade of experience in the education and development sector, contributing to system strengthening, public program delivery, and collaborative work with government counterparts and sector partners. In her most recent role as Consultant, Quality and Teacher Education at UNICEF, she worked closely with the Government of West Bengal on initiatives related to foundational learning, teacher development, and sector planning. She supported the design and scale-up of state-wide Foundational Literacy and Numeracy initiatives, contributed to multi-year program planning, and led capacity-building efforts for teachers and educators, including the development and dissemination of digital learning resources. Before UNICEF, Soumi spent several years at Vikramshila Education Resource Society as Senior Manager, Programs, where she worked on monitoring and evaluation systems, digital learning interventions, and foundational learning programs across states such as Assam, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. She also began her career teaching Political Science as a Guest Lecturer. Throughout her professional journey, Soumi has focused on thoughtful program design, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring that policy and practice remain grounded in field realities. Her experience across implementation, technical advisory roles, and system-level capacity building positions her well to guide the organization’s work, deepen collaborations, and support long-term growth. Soumi’s work is grounded in a strong academic foundation, including ongoing doctoral research in Development Studies and previous postgraduate work in Political Science. She has also contributed to publications on education, gender, and social policy, reflecting her interest in linking research, policy, and practice. Outside of work, Soumi enjoys cooking, exploring new crafts, and hosting friends and family—moments that allow her to unwind, create, and connect.

Soumya Mantena is a Lead Partner at SVP. She is the Vice President Corporate Solutions at Vantage Circle. Prior to this she was working at KEANE as Senior IT Business Analyst, Trade.com as Senior Business Analyst, Multex.com as Senior Database Administrator and at Schroders as Senior Business Analyst. Soumya received a graduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce and a postgraduate degree in Management Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology, NJ, USA

Radha, as he is known to most of his friends, is a Chartered Accountant by profession . With Cipla Ltd most of his life (40 years) serving in various capacities, and part of the Cipla board since 2010. Has had a very satisfying career and presently a non executive director. Personally speaking he is as ordinary as they come, with an interest in sports and Hindi music Particularly fond of Bollywood songs of 70s to 90s. He can hum a bit as well. Given his work experience and background is indeed enthused by the mission of ‘ Caring for Life’ as it is something synonymous with Cipla and veteran Ciplaites like him. At this stage of life looking to contribute his bit back to society in whatever little way he can.

S. Ramachandra (little Ram) co-founded “Littler associates”, in 2005 on the back of over 38 years of industry experience in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Corporate Strategy, International operations. “Littler associates” is a boutique consulting firm focused on advisory services in the areas of busines and marketing strategy. Ram was formerly CEO-Battery Business and Director at Amco Batteries a position he held in parallel to his consulting role for 5 years. Ram has held leadership positions at Pildilite, Amara Raja Batteries, Sterlite Copper and Exide Industries. Ram is a regular donor to NGOs in the space of special needs education, healthcare, child welfare, etc. Among the institutes that he has contributed to are Cancer Institute (WIA), SCARF (India), Vidyasagar (formerly known as Spastics Society), Save the Children, Cancer Care, Akshayapatra, Avvai Homes, Udhavum Karangal, etc. Ram loves reading, is a current affairs junkie and a Physics buff. He is an active interest in a wide variety of music ranging from Indian classical to jazz.

Sravanthi is an alumna of the Indian School of Business (Class of 2004). She led International Business Development at Shantha Biotechnics for several years before founding Shubhra Biotech in 2012, with the aim of transforming human waste into reusable inputs for agriculture. She has served as a Trustee of the Shantha Vasantha Trust, contributing to initiatives across education, health, and culture. Sravanthi’s areas of expertise include healthcare and waste management, where she is keen to contribute her time and experience through SVP. A cuisine connoisseur, she enjoys travelling, watching movies, and adventure sports. Sravanthi is a proud mother of two children, Srivar and Sritha, and values spending quality time with her family.

Sridhar brings over three decades of experience in the agricultural supply chain across South and East Africa, where he set up sourcing, processing, and selling of agri-commodities. Having lived and worked in Tanzania, Mozambique, and South Africa, he also initiated social projects that fostered sustainable sourcing with mutual benefit for communities and businesses. His strength lies in building relationships across cultures, setting up businesses, creating and managing effective teams, and leading operations across multiple countries, most recently heading all businesses in the region. A nature enthusiast, he enjoys traveling, old Bollywood music, and movies. He has a small family—his wife, a talented painter, and his daughter, who is studying filmmaking.

Srikanth Iyer has been an Entrepreneur for the past 29 years. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of HomeLane, Venture Partner at Unitus Ventures and Independent Director at Navabharat Ventures. He was previously the CEO at Pearson India, and part of the founding teams at TutorVista Global Pvt. Ltd, Edurite technologies and Total Solutions. Srikanth has a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering from Harvard University - Division of Continuing Education and Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering.

Srini is the founder and CEO of 'Bryt', an AI-based EdTech company that is transforming education from a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to a highly personalized experience that delivers superior learning outcomes. Prior to that, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Zenoti and in several other technology companies, including Microsoft India, Aztecsoft Ltd, and SumTotal Systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Sriniketh comes with over two decades of experience leading digital transformation and building high-impact organizations, Sriniketh brings a deep belief that technology—when guided with purpose—can be a powerful force for good. Sharing his own motivation, Sriniketh says he learned about SVP through his former classmate and friend, Prasad Baji, and has long wanted to give back not only financially, but also by contributing his time, energy, and expertise. SVP’s model of engaged philanthropy, the presence of committed professionals, the social venture–based approach, and the strong local focus resonated deeply with his personal goals. We are excited to have Sriniketh and Vaani Kamalanathan join our community and look forward to their thoughtful engagement, leadership, and partnership as we work together to create meaningful and sustainable social impact.

Srini Koppolu is a technology leader with decades of experience developing innovative products, driving global engineering initiatives, and building large-scale organizations from the ground up. During his 21-year career at Microsoft, he served as an R&D leader in Redmond and later moved to India to establish and grow the Microsoft India Development Center into the company’s largest product development center outside the USA. He holds many global patents, and has played key strategic roles across Windows, Office, and drove Microsoft’s Global product development strategy. Since leaving Microsoft, Srini has been an active angel investor, startup advisor, and community leader—investing in ventures like MedPlus, co-founding the Hyderabad Angel Network, and mentoring nonprofits such as DigitalEquity and Youth4Jobs, in addition to serving with Social Venture Partners Hyderabad.

Mr. Srini Raju founded iLabs Group in 2000. iLabs Group is one of the pioneers of the Investment Ecosystem in India. Over the years, it has grown its scope in both Investment and Industry. Originally started as an Angel Investor, iLabs Capital has expanded into Seed-Stage, Early-Stage, and Growth-Stage Investments and Re-Structures and Buy-Outs. Initially focused on Technology & Technology-enabled Ventures, iLabs Capital has extended into Consumer Products & Services, Health Care; Skills-Development; Media and Entertainment; Corporate and Industrial Parks. Today, iLabs Group is one of the front-runners in the investment landscape in India. Srini has an MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Utah State University, the USA, and a BS in Civil Engineering with Honors from REC (NIT), Kurukshetra. Srini has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology, Venture Capital, and Private Equity. Before iLabs Group, Srini was Founding CEO & MD of Dun & Bradstreet Satyam Software (later became Cognizant Technology Solutions) and Satyam Enterprise Solutions.

Subramanian is a financial services professional and has headed several investment banking outfits - Axis Capital, Enam, UBS research etc. Being an avid learner, he reads whatever he can get his hands on. His other interests are travelling, yoga and cooking. I joined SVP in December 2018 but didn’t start actively participating till June 2020 when I became a Lead Partner at Katalyst and more from October, after I hung up my professional boots. SVP has given me an opportunity to deeply understand the non-profits and their very important contribution to society. It has also given me a chance to actively engage in giving back to the society.

Srinivas, fondly referred to as Srini has over 29 years of experience in Indian financial services, primarily in equity markets. He is the Chief Investment Officer at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company. Prior to this, he was the ED & CIO - International Business at PGIM India Mutual Fund. Srini hails from Hyderabad, but has been living in Mumbai for almost 30 years. He loves nature and is passionate about afforestation and sustainable development. Public Policy is his favourite subject.

Sriram has received degrees in electrical engineering, wireless communications and information technology from: Loyola College, University of Melbourne, Monash University and Columbia University. Sriram works in real estate and finance, overseeing commercial and residential assets primarily in Chennai and Hyderabad. Sriram is the founder of the non-profit, Karma Corps, an organization dedicated to giving grants to deserving NGOs and empowering over 100 underprivileged families through access to education. In this capacity, he oversees program design, evaluation, and grants review. He is an avid reader, and loves playing chess, tennis and golf.

Sriram Hariharan has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, including over a decade as President & CEO of ICICI Bank Canada and later Chairman of its Canada and UK subsidiaries. He has been recognized as Canada’s Top 40 Under 40™, awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, and honored by the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Boards of Home First Finance, Supreme Industries, and the University of Toronto India Foundation. Sriram is an alumnus of NIT Prayagraj and IIM Bangalore.

With 25 years of experience as a global HR and Recruiting leader at companies such as Disney, Amazon and Target , Subhasis brings diverse skills and experiences in workforce management, talent acquisition, skills development, leadership and Human Resources that would help our NGOs and partners immensely. He is particularly passionate about including the marginalized Dalit community of India into the mainstream workforce and economic & social upliftment of the community.

Subir is leading HR, admin, CSR, and medical teams for the CESC and power business of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group’s generation plants, distribution companies, mines, and renewable businesses. With over two decades of experience, Subir’s expertise ranges from career development coaching and change management to leadership development and training.

Subodh has over 25 yrs of work experience across corporate finance advisory, fund raising, M&A and Investing in organisations such as McKinsey, Rothschild, Edelweiss, Nuvama. Currently, he is Executive Director- Growth and Investments for RPSG Group. Subodh holds Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, an MBA in Finance & IT and a CFA Charter holder from CFA Institute, USA. Shipra, is an entrepreneur with multiple business ventures including a B2B HORECA distribution of frozen food products and founder of a sustainable packaging business recently. She is a software engineer and has worked with Accenture, Igate, Cap Gemini for 10yrs before starting her entrepreneurial journey eight years back. She is an MCA and BSc by qualification..

Mr.Sudershan Reddy is a philanthropist. He has been the man behind establishing their school benefitting 600+ children across the district. Additionally, he has been committed to promoting sustainable agriculture and building character in people, especially family members and employees of our organization.

Sudha is an experienced leader specializing in strategic technology adoption to drive growth. She has held senior roles, including Managing Director at CPPIB and Enterprise Architecture Head at CPPIB and previously CIO Cummins, leading transformation initiatives across global markets and industries such as manufacturing, retail, banking, and FMCG. A strong advocate for women’s leadership, Sudha has served as presiding officer for POSH and trustee for company trusts. She actively engages with forums like SEMAA for women’s empowerment and is on the advisory board of Symbiosis College of Information Technology. In her free time, Sudha enjoys acrylic art and travel for cultural immersive experience.

Sudha has a background in engineering and IT industries, which she quit some years ago to assist her father in managing their cardamom plantation. Sudha enjoy the outdoors, particularly hiking, and participate in clean-up and conservation drives in the neighborhood.

Sudhir is an experienced and successful founder & CEO with a demonstrated history of working in the IT and services industry for 35 years, Sudhir built a successful company, Embee Software Pvt Ltd around the philosophy of intraprenuership so that the organization forever remains agile to change, and client oriented. Sudhir is a highly decisive, action oriented and a hands off person who believes in “always on” business transformation to achieve continuous success. With a B.Com. degree from St Xaviers College Calcutta, he is currently focused on Digital Transformation of the business. Sudhir is married to Radha and they have two children - Vedika and Utsav. Together with his team, their philanthropic work includes supporting Friends of Tribal Society, Akshay Patra and technology for Rural schools in a number of Bengal villages.
