Sudhir has spent about 50 years in the manufacturing sector. With over 40 in senior positions, he has worked, in areas like improving manufacturing processes, lean Management, Kaizen, QIP, Training and Coaching etc.

Sudhir is an adventure junkie and marathoner with a passion for giving back. He is a corporate professional with three decades in the chemical industry. In his spare time, he enjoys a single malt in the company of friends and family.

Sudhir has been working in the financial services sector for over three decades. Staring his career with the ICICI group, where he served for most part of the first half of his career. The second half has been with Multiples, a private equity fund based in Mumbai. He is a graduate from BHU & IIM - Kolkata.

Sudip Gupta is Director – Corporate Legal at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. A corporate lawyer with over 34 years of experience, he has worked with Little & Co., Amarchand & Mangaldas, British Telecom, ESPN and American Tower Corporation, including senior APAC legal leadership roles. He also helped establish a CSR organisation and led it for three years. He is interested in helping emerging NGOs grow, particularly in education, legal aid, teacher training and youth development. He enjoys reading, travel, theatre and elocution.

Sudip is a mentor and a transformation catalyst. He has over three decades of experience working in businesses across emerging Asian markets. In his last role, he was the Managing Director of Huhtamaki India Ltd. Before that, and he worked in senior leadership roles with multiple MNCs, including Campbell Arnott’s, LEGO, Mondelez, and ConAgra Foods. He is a post-graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Mechanical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi. Sudip’s interest in the philanthropic sector is towards the education of underprivileged children.

Sudipta brings extensive experience as a sales and marketing professional across various industries. She has also launched a startup in the early education sector. Sudipta is particularly passionate about children’s education.

Sujay is a marketer and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience. He has worked in marketing, procurement, and manufacturing across FMCG, OTC, capital goods and professional services. He is the founder of Zephyr Consulting Services and Sparkplug Foods. He is engineer with an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad.

Sulakshana has 25+ years of experience scaling global businesses and leading transformation across M&A, BOTs, and high-performing teams. She is Co-Founder of Aistra Labs, focused on AI-driven virtualization. At WNS, she co-founded the F&A practice and helped scale it to a NYSE-listed BPO. Former Chief People Officer at MarketsandMarkets and PwC consultant, she now advises startups and CXOs, bridging industry and academia. An alumna of SIBM Pune and an ACMA, she brings deep expertise and a strong impact focus to the social sector.

Suma Penukonda holds an MA in History from Delhi University. She served as a Grade B Officer at RBI (1986-1995) and later worked with ICICI Bank (1995-1998). After her banking career, she has been the “Boss of the House,” raising two children and now enjoying time with her daughter, son-in-law, son, and two granddaughters. Her hobbies include reading, and traveling

Sumithra is a Deep Impact Counselor, who works with corporates and NGOS to enable women to develop empowerment by conducting workshops and one on one life coaching sessions. Previously she had been Founder & Director of Cut - Above Salon and Spa Pvt Ltd. She worked as a Business Development Consultant at Titan Company Limited, Head of Buying and Merchandising at Health & Glow Retailing Ltd., Buying Manager at Marks and Spencer, Category Manager at Titan (Tanishq), Buyer at Westside & Shopper’s Stop. She has completed her Diploma in Counselling Skills, Mental Health from Banjara Academy; BA in Economics from University of Mumbai, Accessory Design from National Institute of Fashion Technology.

Sunaina works on business development with companies in the life sciences space. She also serves as a non executive director on the Board of Blue Star Limited, where she chairs the CSR and ESG Committee, focusing on education, skilling, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability. She has also been a Trustee of the Blue Star Foundation for over thirteen years and is passionate about education and initiatives at the intersection of climate and health. Sunaina is a certified Independent Director and an active angel investor with the Indian Angel Network.

Ms. Sundari Patibandla is a Chartered Accountant and visionary entrepreneur whose leadership has transformed industries spanning finance, managed workspaces, and hospitality. Sheis admired for her strategic clarity,deep empathy, and people-centric leadershipShe began her journey as a Managing Partner at SPC & Associates, a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm, leading global advisory and audit services. She also served as a Professional Woman Director at DANLAW Technologies and SMS Pharma, contributing strategic and governance expertise at the board level. Her strong financial background and entrepreneurial instinct eventually led her to redefine India’s flexible workspace ecosystem. In 2017,she founded iSproutwith 12,000 sq. ft. Today,it spans over2.5 million sq. ft. acrossnine cities- Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Vizag, Ahmedabad, Kolkata,and Gurgaon (NCR). From 200 seats to 50,000+ seats in six years, iSprout showcases her ability to scale with excellence. The company now aims for 5 million sq. ft. in the next 24 months. Her passion for hospitality and sustainability inspired the creation of IRYA Vineyard & Resort in Vikarabad, reviving Hyderabad’s historic grape legacy. A second project is underway in Nandi Hills,further expanding her footprint in boutique eco-luxury hospitality. Sundar has more than 35 years of work experience in the technology industry across India and USA. Most recently he was the CEO of Ramco Systems. Prior to that Sundar was the President and Chief Delivery Officer at Mphasis and earlier led the healthcare vertical at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Sundar is passionate about the Education and Healthcare sector and wants to actively contribute to grassroots NGOs. Sundar holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Masters in Science from New Jersey. In his free time, Sundar enjoys music and films and is exploring photography.

Sunil is a Chartered Accountant working as Executive Director, Corporate at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and his wife Tanuja is also an active SVP Participant. Their son Devang is a professional photographer. Sunil is a poet with two published books and a successful podcast called Uncut Poetry.

Sunil is the founder and CEO of Voxai, a Customer Experience (CX) services company with teams in Dallas and Hyderabad. For over 25 years, he has worked in contact center technology, helping organizations better serve their customers and maximize the value of their technology investments. He earned his undergrad from BITS Pilani and a Master’s in Computer Science from University of North Texas.

Sunita Reddy Cheruku is an SVP Partner and Chair of the Hyderabad chapter at SVP India, and a member of the All India Board of Directors. Bringing a strong corporate background into the world of engaged philanthropy, she is passionate about supporting grassroots nonprofits through strategic guidance, thoughtful engagement, and collaborative problem-solving. Since joining SVP India in 2019, Sunita has played a key role in strengthening high-impact organizations across education, health, livelihoods, and community development, with a particular focus on women and children. Prior to her work in the social sector, she spent over a decade at Novartis Pharma, leading clinical research teams and fostering collaborative, high-performing cultures. She holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut and completed a research fellowship at Rutgers University. Sunita believes deeply in combining professional expertise with purpose to create sustainable and meaningful social impact.

Sunita, did her Master’s in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University and worked for few years at Fidelity Investments and Intervoice. She has been closely involved with Voxai since its founding and leads the company’s India operations, overseeing finance, strategy, and day-to-day management. She recently completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the Indian School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and decorating cakes, painting, and is a trained yoga instructor.

Sunita Shrivastava is the Co-Founder of MeraBills, an Android application that empowers nano and micro-entrepreneurs by bringing simple, friendly business management tools directly to their phones. She brings decades of experience from Microsoft, where she designed and built large-scale systems across areas such as Code Search, Cloud Testing, Analytics for Windows Marketplace, and the Windows Server ecosystem. With a strong foundation in Distributed Systems, Sunita has worked across diverse technologies, led teams of all levels, and holds over 20 patents. She is passionate about solving hard technical problems and applying technology to create meaningful impact in underserved communities.

Supria Dhanda is a Business leader with more than 25 years of corporate experience in leading technology companies such as Western Digital, SanDisk, Alcatel-Lucent and General Electric. She is Managing Partner at Z2O, an Early-Stage Fund focused on accelerating entrepreneurial success of Tech start-ups and is the Founder & CEO of BAGGGEL Foundation, a not-for-profit venture, which is missioned to develop more Women CEOs. A TEDX speaker, co-author of ‘Wiley Innovation Black Book Enterprise 4.0’, Supria is a thought leader in the Engineering R&D industry of India, NASSCOM Council Member, TiE Charter Member and Lead Anchor for Women@Work, a KDEM initiative, for Government of Karnataka. An ICF certified PCC level Executive Coach with Masters level certification(MCLC), she is passionate about coaching ‘Entrepreneurial Talent for Success’ and ‘CXO Suite for creation of Balanced world. Sunil Arora is a business leader with more than 35 years in the telecommunications industry. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of ABS India Pvt. Ltd. and Founder of MokSa Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. and is also Director on the Board of BAGGGEL Foundation. Surendra Jain is a current Partner at SVP. He is the Founder and Managing Partner at Ratna Traya Capital Partners. In the past, Surendra was Co-Founder and Managing Director at West Bridge Capital India Advisors Private Limited and Sequoia Capital India Advisors Private Limited. Surendra has a B.Tech. Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an MSEE degree from the University of Minnesota, and he completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Suresh is a Commerce graduate from Bangalore University and a Cost Accountant who has over 3 decades of Mutual Fund Industry experience and is presently working as Executive VP & Head Operations at HDFC Asset Management Company Limited, Mumbai. He loves travelling and playing sports like cricket, badminton and volleyball.

Suresh is the Promoter Director of Sri Vijaya Educational Academy and the owner of Vista International School, Gachibowli. He is also a Director at SSPDL Ventures Pvt. Ltd., an infrastructure company with projects across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Earlier in his career, Suresh was the Founder of PersonalMD/Neotrax, Director – Business Development at Visigenic Software Inc., and Co-founder of Post Modern Computing in California. He has also served as President of TiE Hyderabad and President of EPICS India. Suresh is committed to contributing to society by supporting social enterprises and NGOs through an incubation-led approach, helping them build sustainable and scalable models. He runs an NGO called Dava Cana / Aarogya Vahini mobile clinics which provide primary healthcare services to over 1 Lac people in 40+ remote villages in Narayanpet District, Telangana. Till date the NGO provided treatment to over 55,000+ patients.

Suresh Ramanan, currently a partner in ZS Associates has spent over 3 decades in the industry supporting technology consulting, data and analytics for Fortune 500 clients. After his MBA from Penn State, Suresh took on leadership roles within India and now heads the operations of ZS' GCC business in Hyderabad. Like Anita, Suresh also loves travelling, attending stand-up comedy shows, and listens to a wide range of music.

Suresh Rayudu Chitturi leads Srinivasa Farms, a dominant force in the Indian poultry industry and widely recognized as one of the key builders of the sector over the past 60 years. He has served as Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Srinivasa Farms since 1993, steering the company to achieve sustainably high growth through expansion and diversification across chicken breeding, feed manufacturing. Suresh served as Chairman of the International Egg Commission (2019–2022) and subsequently as President (2022–2024) — becoming the first Asian to chair this prestigious global body representing 80 countries. He is a former Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Suresh holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School, Emory University (USA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bengaluru. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration (DBA) focusing on AI from Golden Gate University and has completed Executive Education in Leadership from Harvard Business School. He is driven by a mission to eliminate nutritional deficiencies among women and children in India and passionately advocates poultry as a vehicle of transformation and empowerment.
