Vikas has ~23 years of capital markets experience, before founding Carnelian Capital in 2018, as the CEO of Edelweiss Securities Ltd, where he spent 17 years incubating & building several businesses to leadership position including Institutional Equities and Equity Research. With a strong business acumen & deep understanding of the Capital Markets, he enjoys strong relationships with Corporate India and is associated with several Industry bodies & committees including the CII National Council on Corporate Governance, FICCI Capital Markets Committee, Executive Council of Bombay Management Association. He is also a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a global forum for entrepreneurs and CEOs and was awarded Young Professional Achievers Award for the service sector by the ICAI in 2014.

Vikas was Managing Director for McCain Foods -India, Korea, South East Asia and Taiwan till May 2022. He is now in process crafting the next phase of his Professional journey. Prior to McCain he worked with Dabur, Friesland Foods, Procter and Gamble across markets of Africa, India, Middle East, South East Asia and Australia. His 30+ year career spans leadership spectrum of business, brand, people, environment and social outcomes. Vikas is an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a Mechanical Engineer from the Delhi College of Engineering. His contribution to the social sector so far has been through scaling the McCain projects of gender empowerment and livelihood generation for farmers with small landholdings in Gujarat and donations for disaster relief.

Vikramjiet Roy is a senior infrastructure and engineering leader, currently serving as Region Head – India, South-East Asia & Pacific (ISEAP) for Maccaferri, a global provider of advanced civil, geotechnical, and environmental construction solutions. He has extensive experience in driving sustainable infrastructure development, strategic growth, and technical innovation, leading Maccaferri’s expansion and solution delivery across complex projects in India and the broader region. Under his leadership, the organisation has achieved industry recognition for its workplace culture and excellence in engineering, including awards such as CEO of the Year (Engineering) and acknowledgement as a top leader in times of crisis. His work emphasises environmentally sound engineering solutions and resilient infrastructure that address both technical challenges and sustainable development goals.

Vikram Wagh is a seasoned global business leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. Currently the CEO and Board Member of Imperial Auto Industries, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company, Vikram also serves as Chairman of the Agriculture Skill Council of India, championing rural skilling initiatives. With prior leadership roles at Mahindra Tractors, JCB, and Lafarge, and armed with an MBA from Yale, he brings a strong track record in business transformation, education, and development. His philanthropic and entrepreneurial engagement continues through advisory boards, academic support, and angel investing networks.

Vimal Ambani, based in Ahmedabad, India, is the CEO at Tower Overseas Ltd, specializing in solvent and UV inks for the signage industry. Vimal has had a varied experience in the manufacturing and services industry with bottom line responsibility, having run the textile division of Reliance Industries Ltd and aluminum alloying to LME specifications. Vimal also has a rich experience in software services as the CEO of InterRide Inc, USA, and international trade finance, as a Board Member of FIM Bank, Malta. Vimal serves as an Independent Director on several listed companies in India and is a Trustee of Sishumangal Trust, Junagadh, which takes care of society's needy, often orphaned children. Vimal has a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (VLSI Design & Fabrication) from the Univ of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Masters in Business Administration (International Business) from the University of Southern California, LA.

Vinay has been a senior IT professional for the last 40 years, having led large IT organizations as President and CXO. Currently on a long-needed break, he felt an urge to give back to society and thus became a partner at SVP India, Mumbai chapter. An avid traveler who has visited 50+ countries globally, he brings international exposure and the ability to connect with people in large teams to the table. On a personal note, his wife, Smruti, is a homemaker, while his son lives in the US and daughter in India, both working in IT. His daughter recently got married to a doctor. Vinay is pursuing various interests and hopes to make time available for participating and helping SVP causes in India.

Vinay is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has spent 37 years as a corporate professional, holding leadership positions across multiple sectors and marquee organisations. Through his work in Human Resources, he has had the opportunity to positively impact the lives of many people. A keen sports enthusiast, Vinay has also been anchoring a weekend football club for over a decade. He now hopes to continue contributing to the social sector and make a meaningful difference.

Vineet Hemrajani is the Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s India offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, and leads the Private Equity Practice for the firm in Asia Pacific. He works actively on Leadership Team Assessment and Development and Board Advisory Services and is a Trusted Advisor to CEOs and Boards. Vineet has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a master’s in economics from Delhi University. He enjoys spending time with his family, practices yoga, and loves reading about history, economics, politics, and current affairs.

Vineet Jain is a Senior Vice President in the Value Creation group at Warburg Pincus. He brings over 28 years of finance leadership experience across healthcare, FMCG, and industrial sectors. Before Warburg Pincus, he worked with Medtronic India, PepsiCo, and Tata Steel. Vineet is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and holds a BCom degree from the University of Calcutta. Outside work, he is an avid runner and actively involved in social causes.

Vinita is a Director at Ashra Consultants and Chittlesoft. She loves reading, cooking and hanging out with her dogs, family and friends!

Vinita has a degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Texas at Austin. She ran a content development and communications firm for a decade, post that she started consulting in communications and marketing with numerous international and local NGOs. She is the founder of an organisation callled Kreeda tha works towards reviving traditional games of India. She is also the Director at Power Centre Pvt. Ltd. an IT firm which she runs with her husband and looks after HR. She has worked with Care India, Save the Children, the Richard Gere Foundation and PSI across issues such as HIV/AIDS, a Tobacco Quitline, Women’s Empowerment, Domestic Child Labour and Trafficking, mentoring and education of underprivileged children, children with special needs, craft preservation and revival, etc. She initiated and runs an NGO that supports over 1000 children with HIV for counselling and higher education. She enjoys reading and writing and has a blog vinitasidhartha.in,.She enjoys travel and getting to meet and talk to new people and learn about their worlds and their lives.

Vipul is the Managing Director for Luminous Power Technologies, providing leadership across its businesses. Over the last 25 years of his professional career, he has played prominent leadership roles in sales and marketing functions. His experience in the retail industry spans Indian and global brands, including Johnson and Johnson, Gillette India, Nokia, and Whirlpool Corporation. Vipul is a marketing major and an Economics graduate from Delhi University and masters from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He is passionate about the education sector and supports girl child education through CSR initiatives at Luminous.

Viraaj completed his graduation from the University of Washington, Seattle, in Economics, Informatics, and Sales. He has previously worked at the Office of Jyotiraditya Scindia (Parliament of India), EY, and Morgan Stanley in the United States. Currently, he is leading the business development front of the Innxt Group, which is into manufacturing iron and steel. Viraaj is passionate about building vocational and skill development initiatives for empowering the youth. He has previously been associated with an NGO as a mentor to help foster new learning programs for young adults.

Viral, a native Mumbaikar is a graduate of The Wharton Business School of University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Management. Currently, she is heading the CSR initiatives of Vinati Organics - a specialty chemical company. She has worked as a private banker at Citi Private Bank in New York and has volunteered at reputed nonprofits like Pratham and Dasra in Mumbai. On the personal front, she is married to Prashant Mittal, Executive Director of AlphaGrep, and together they have two young boys, Aryaveer (7) and Avirath (3). In her free time, she loves to read, swim, travel, dance, and watch movies. Currently, she is also learning piano, and cycling.

Vishal Agrawal is a unique blend of innovation and simplicity, with an entrepreneurial mindset that has consistently helped him build businesses and operations from scratch to automated systems. His expertise spans building SBUs/P&L, streamlining operations, and redesigning strategies to drive growth and success. With over two decades of multifaceted leadership experience, Vishal specializes in Finance and Commercial Modeling. His career has included successful stints in Software Consulting, Delivery, Global Program Management, Business Planning, Operations, and Sales Strategy. Currently, Vishal focuses on redesigning the “Go-To-Market” strategy for Avaya in the AMEA region and leads Avaya India & SAARC as Managing Director, steering the organization towards sustained growth. At Avaya, Vishal has played a pivotal role in building globally integrated teams and scaling operations from the ground up, all while delivering tangible results. His leadership and contributions have made him a critical figure in the company’s success.

Vishal is a financial executive with over 30-years experience across diverse banking sectors. He has managed risk, built and transformed businesses. Currently, an entrepreneur focused on building financial platforms and advising family offices on governance matters.

Vishal has been involved in raising and building multiple IT companies from scratch in India and Singapore, and has been engaged in value added reselling and customised solutions to major OEM's distributors and multinationals in Asia. He later moved to investing in his career and was a Co- Founder and Director for Akshayam Capital Pte Ltd. (Singapore), long/short hedge fund investing in Asian markets across different sectors. He later spearheaded Carpediem Capital, India based Private Equity firm as the Co- Founder and Director. He currently leads Biryani by kilo as Founder and Co- CEO and also serves as a board adviser for ecosystem Singapore. Vishal enjoys travelling, reading, playing squash and tennis. He is an IIT engineer with an MBA from Syracuse University in New York and has also studied Finance at the London School of Economics.

I live in J. P. Nagar Bengaluru with my wife, Sudha. We have two daughters: Nitya and Deepika. Currently, I am VP of Engg. And India Leader for Clari (www.clari.com). I have a keen interest in science and math. I love playing squash and trekking in the mountains.

Vishwas Panjiar is a Chartered Accountant and law graduate with over 20 years of experience in the Indian tax and regulatory landscape. He is currently a Partner at SVAS & Co., where he advises clients on a wide range of tax, regulatory, and transaction-related matters. Prior to this, he was associated with Andersen India and spent over a decade with Grant Thornton, along with earlier experience at one of India’s oldest law firms in their tax and consulting practice. His expertise spans compliance management, corporate restructuring, mergers and demergers, business modelling, and transactional tax advisory, including supporting private equity investments and assisting global corporations in establishing their presence in India. Vishwas has worked across sectors including aviation, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, IT/ITES, and services. He is a regular speaker at industry forums and has contributed thought leadership through articles and publications. He has also delivered international trainings as a designated faculty with Grant Thornton International. He is actively engaged in the social sector and is an honorary member of Round Table India, where he has held leadership roles at the national, area, and chapter levels.

Vivek currently serves as Chairman of boAt Lifestyle, India’s leading consumer lifestyle tech accessories brand. He leads the strategy, organisational development, culture and future growth divisions. Prior to joining boAt, he was the CEO and MD of Godrej Consumer Products Limited, and has also been Chief Strategy Officer of the Godrej Group. Vivek was the founding member of Bain & Company’s consulting operations in India and led the firm's FMCG practice in India. He worked for Bain in their Boston and Singapore offices. He serves on the boards of Imagine Marketing, Metropolis Healthcare, Honasa Consumer and Samast Technologies. He mentors several start-up founders. He is an advisor to Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation and Central Square Foundation. Vivek is a Harvard Business School Alumni and a BS (Computer Science) and BA (Economics) from Lafayette College. He is married to Roopika, who is a social worker and photographer and they have three children. Together, they enjoy traveling to off beat locations. Vivek has written numerous columns for leading business publications on a variety of issues such as organisational transformation, innovation, brand profitability and sales force effectiveness.

Vivek is an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and CEO of B G Distributors Pvt Ltd. With a background in Corporate Law and an MBA in strategy & marketing, he began his career in brand management at Nestle India. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Vivek excelled in sales & regional marketing, and his strategic acumen elevated market shares to unprecedented heights for various companies in West Bengal. His vision is to establish his company as India’s premier FMCG services provider. On the philanthropy side, he is committed to making an impact in empowering women, and livelihoods, and supporting children in need through various initiatives with SVP.

Vivek spent most of his career in IT, helping organizations in their digital transformation journey. He considers himself to be enormously fortunate to have come of age at the Dawn of the Digital Revolution and to have played a small role in spurring that revolution to touch millions of lives. He’s currently on his own, developing an exciting new approach to innovation and risk management that can address formidable challenges confronting business and society at large. Vivek completed his B.Tech from IIT Bombay, M.Tech from IISc, and Ph.D. from IIT Madras.
