After quitting their respective jobs, they undertook a 1 year self-drive road trip across India. They are new to the social sector & had been thinking about ways to get started.
I have recently begun to explore avenues of engaging with the social sector and rather providentially was introduced to SVP India. From what I have seen so far, SVP offers a great ringside view of the sector while also offering opportunities to deep-dive into a specific NGO and contribute directly to it. I am immensely excited to learn from our NGO partners as well as from the SVP network.

For the past 3 years it’s been a fulfilling one. SVP provides a platform and opportunity to be part of the journey with identified NGOs. As lead partner you get to amplify, strategize, navigate the challenges and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in the ecosystem. This enables lots of unlearning and relearning which goes a long way in understanding and resolving the issues with senior management teams of the NGO.
