Mr. Suresh Reddy, comes from an agricultural family from Miryalguda, Nalgonda District, Telangana. He had his education from St. George’s Grammer School, AV College, Commerce graduation from IIMC (Vasavi), College, Hyderabad. He currently runs automobile dealerships in the name of “ Pride “. He started his career in 1987 with tractor dealerships of “ Massey Ferguson “ in Miryalaguda and today the group deals with the brands Hero Motorcycles, Honda, Jaguar & Land Rover, Fiat & Jeep cars. Suresh is the founder, long Term Trustee for ‘SPARSH HOSPICE’, a Centre for Palliative Care for terminally ill patients. He also runs a school in his village Miryalguda for underpriviledged children providing quality education.

Susan is an accomplished healthcare marketing & communications professional with over 40 years of experience in the pharma, OTC, and Med Tech domains. After a decade-long tenure in R&D & marketing, she co-founded India's first full-fledged Healthcare Advertising & Communications agency, Sorento Healthcare, in 1994. In 2017, Sorento was acquired by Havas Health and You, becoming Havas Life Sorento, where Susan was given the expanded role of Managing Director for SE Asia & the Middle East. Following her tenure, she transitioned to an Independent Consultant in 2023. Susan is an avid half-marathon runner & a certified PADI Scuba Diver. She holds a deep passion for music, films, & engages in discussions on creativity & women's empowerment whenever time allows.

Suzanne Singh has spent several years in the development sector and has largely worked in the area of quality education. She has been involved with Pratham Books since its inception in 2004 and served as its Managing Trustee and Chairperson from 2010 till 2021. Prior to moving to the nonprofit sector, she was a marketing and communications specialist. She currently serves on the Boards of Pratham Books and Akshara Foundation.

Vaitheeswaran is a Partner at SVP. He is the Vice- Chairman & Managing Director at Manipal Education and Medical Group India Private Limited. He is deeply involved in supporting/ mentoring startups in the Edtech/ Fintech space. Plays a key role in the Digital Education journey - from course content to learning Platforms and Outcomes. Prior to this Vaitheeswaran as Group CEO at Manipal Education & Medical Group, MD & CEO at Manipal Global Education Services, VP & Unit Head at Infosys, Director Sales & Marketing at Eicher Ltd, Director & Business Head at Eicher International Limited, GM -Sales & Marketing at Eicher Limited. Vaitheeswaran has a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappali.

Mr. Anjaneyulu S. V. S. is the Founder and CEO of I2V Consulting and a transformational business leader with over 27 years of experience in the crop protection and seeds industry. His expertise spans across sales and marketing, strategy, Six Sigma, business excellence, and global marketing. Known for his innovative thinking and strong execution capabilities, he is passionate about driving operational excellence and developing people for long-term success.

Swastik has spent the last 25 years in the high tech industry working at major tech companies as well as startups in cyber security. After spending 15 years in Silicon valley, he returned with his family to Hyderabad where he has been the head of India operations at companies like Simility, PayPal and currently for GHX. He loves working in product and go-to-market strategy and outside of work he is an avid golfer, a notaphilist and enjoys singing.

Swathi began her journey in the development sector as a volunteer while pursuing a corporate career. Drawn to environmental conservation and the principles of the circular economy, she went on to lead a climate action community within her previous organisation. Driven by a desire to create greater social impact, she later pursued a postgraduate degree in Development Management from the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM). She is passionate about advancing human rights, environmental protection, and collaborative partnerships. With over a decade of experience in corporate finance, Swathi brings a strong analytical lens to the social sector and believes in leveraging data to strengthen the work of civil society organisations and amplify their impact. She is guided by the belief that ""Earth belongs to 8.7 million species, and humans are just one of them. Not everything on Earth exists solely for human use."" Outside of work, Swathi is a Vipassana practitioner, an avid hiker, and enjoys spending her time reading.

Swati has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry including seven years at Edelweiss Financial Services across the Investment Banking and Institutional Equities businesses where she enjoyed equity research and institutional sales. She actively covered the Financial Sponsors and enjoys a good relationship with the investor & corporate community. While on a break to look after her family, Swati started her entrepreneurial journey with Newedge Consulting (HR consultancy focussed on financial services) and managing the family office. Currently, she is co-founder of Carnelian Capital and building this platform.

Swati Mudgal is a seasoned HR leader and entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience across leading organisations such as Tata Teleservices and Wipro. She is currently a Partner at SVAS & Co., where she leads HR advisory and consulting engagements, working closely with boards and leadership teams to design and implement strategic people solutions. Prior to joining SVAS, Swati was the Founder and CEO of SaishAa Services, an HR advisory and outsourcing firm, where she partnered with organisations across sectors to drive organisational effectiveness and talent strategy. Her expertise spans compensation and benefits, HR transformation, organisational development, and leadership advisory. She has also taken on CHRO roles for multiple organisations, delivering end-to-end HR solutions by leveraging her experience across large MNCs and high-growth companies. Swati brings a strong blend of corporate depth and entrepreneurial agility, with a focus on enabling organisations to build high-performing, future-ready teams.

Tanuja is a homemaker an an avid learner. She is a bookworm and a traveller by heart. Her motto in life is to be kind and compassionate to people in the journey of life.

Tanvi Khaitan is a fashion designer, working with Anamika Khanna. Philanthropy has always been a part of her life as her maternal grandmother started a philanthropic venture called Karmayog more than a decade ago. Tanvi is passionate about Women Empowerment - skilling, dignity, urban and rural livelihoods, inclusive workforce and much more. Through SVP, Tanvi would like to give back to society in her own little way.

Tazneem is a Director at Perfect Jewels Pvt. Ltd. leading it’s jewelry unit Nascent Jewels as production head and chief ideator. This is her Initial step into philanthropy and she believes that SVP will provide her with the ability to understand the various aspects of giving not just materially but also of yourself in any capacity that works differently for everyone.

TC earned his Master’s in Parallel Computing in 1990 and started his career as a software engineer. In 2002, he founded Enquizit, an IT firm built on the mission to Empower Good. He has taken up various roles across delivery, operations, finance, and marketing, shaping the company’s strategy and growth. Enquizit was recently acquired by CDW, a US Fortune 500 company. TC is a trained Hindustani and Carnatic classical singer and also enjoys hiking, skiing and spending time with his daughters. TC is a co-founder of the Collective Global Impact Foundation (CGI), a US-based nonprofit dedicated to creating scalable and sustainable solutions for critical societal challenges. TC is passionate about using his expertise to drive meaningful change and help solve deep-rooted systemic issues.

Dr. Tejaswini Yarlagadda is a historian and heritage enthusiast leading Pleach India Foundation, which works to preserve and promote India’s cultural heritage through research, education, and public engagement. Her leadership focuses on bridging academic scholarship with community participation to make history accessible and relevant. A UGC Fellow and Gold Medalist from the University of Hyderabad, she holds a Ph.D. in History and is the author of Social History of the Deccan. She led the Indian Women Network as its Chairperson and currently serves as Convenor of the Culture and Tourism Panel at CII, Telangana.

Thomas serves as the MD of Essel Mining at the Aditya Birla Group. With over three decades of experience in the mining industry, he has a proven track record of establishing new entities and scaling operations. A Mining Engineer by education, Thomas began his career with Tata Steel in 1992, where he took on various roles and led teams across different locations in India and abroad. Before joining the Aditya Birla Group in 2021, he was the MD of Tata Steel Mining Ltd. Thomas enjoys travelling and is passionate about Off-Roading, getting closer to nature. Siji is MSW Gold medalist from Calicut University with experience in working with social organisations before she took to be a full time home maker.

Tusharika Sinha is a seasoned talent and leadership advisory professional with over two decades of experience in executive search and talent strategy. She is the Managing Partner at iCresset Talent Solutions, where she partners with organizations to build strong leadership teams across food, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, education, energy, and consumer markets. An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, she brings deep expertise in leadership assessment, talent acquisition, and organizational transformation.

Vandana Singhvi Patel is the Academic Director at the IIMBx Digital Learning Foundation, where she plays a key role in designing specialized online programs. She holds a Ph.D. in International Business and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Vandana has previously held leadership roles at IIM Bangalore and MICA, Ahmedabad. With expertise in curriculum innovations, assessment design, and digital learning, she actively volunteers as an online teacher with Sarva Sewa Trust, supporting underserved students in mathematics. In addition to her professional pursuits, Vandana enjoys unraveling mystery movies, tackling 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles, and listening to shabads—her trifecta for fun, mental stimulation, and spiritual uplift! Tushar Patel is an angel investor, mentor, and board member, bringing over 30 years of cross-functional experience in banking and financial services. He has worked with KPMG, American Express, and Goldman Sachs. He served as COO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management India. A Chartered Accountant and MBA from NYU Stern, Tushar has also been a Trustee and Advisor at Enable India for over a decade, contributing to the disability inclusion space.

Tushna is a CA with 13+ years of experience in management consulting & corporate strategy specialising in the Consumer Goods industry. She is currently employed with Mondelez International India Pvt. Ltd., and has previously worked with Godrej Consumer Products, BCG and E&Y. Tushna lives in Mumbai with her family and is passionate about giving back to society.

T V Ramaswamy is a Lead Partner at SVP. He is the Former Group Head – R&D at ITC Limited and Chairman at Vaani Deaf Children's Foundation . An engineer and an MBA with 41 years in ITC.

T V Srinivasan is a Lead Partner at SVP India. TV is an active Rotarian and is an Independent Executive Coach. In his professional career TV worked for 30+ years for DuPont. Most of his career was spent in the Asia Pacific region and the family lived in Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taipei from 1981 till 2008. He managed different businesses serving the electronics industry initially at the regional level and later at a global level including CEO of a Global Joint venture between DuPont and Hitachi Chemical. Prior to DuPont he was involved in an early start up in the IT field which brought him to Bangalore from Delhi where he grew up and went to school and worked on his first job in the semiconductor industry. He is an engineering graduate of BITS Pilani. TV is a signatory to Living My Promise and has pledged to donate 50% or more of the family’s wealth to charity. TV’s purpose in life today is to use his Time, Talent and Treasure to help others to achieve their maximum potential. Currently TV’s family supports about 10 NGOs mostly in education and health directly and have been supporting most of them for the last 10+ years.TV and Sujata have a daughter Devyani who consults in the area of Monitoring and Evaluation of social enterprises.

Pravin Rao is a current Partner at S.V.P. Before this, Pravin has worked as Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer, President and Member of Board, and S.V.P. & Head of retail at Infosys. He was also the Chairman and Member of the Executive Council at Nasscom and the National Executive Council at Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Pravin has completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical at B.M.S. College of Engineering.

Uday is a seasoned business transformation leader with a strong global experience across industrial, technology, services and pharmaceutical sectors. He currently leads the technology group at a major European pharmaceutical firm, delivering cutting-edge solutions to enhance healthcare outcomes. His prior leadership roles span organizations like Broadcom, CA Technologies, Genpact, and General Electric. Beyond his corporate career, Uday is also an angel investor and mentor to startups in digital, crypto, and deep tech areas.
